Hi guys! Today I want to review a new low-ROI program. In fact it is a very low-ROI program, called Xcelsus. 

Xcelsus started 6 days ago and I hope it will run for years. At least, the plans are very sustanaible and with a good admin, this program can last for a very long time. So, what are these plans? You can read it in the sheme below:

As you can see, we can conclude that it are extremely low returns and for that reason I can say it is a very sustainable program. Something I don`t like about the program is the fact that you need to wait some time, before you can withdraw your earnings. This can take 20 business days to 200 business days (a year). Would you like to wait a year before you can withdraw your earnings? I hope the admin changes this soon or late to daily payouts.

The payment options are big. You can invest via LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, Alertpay, Bank Transfer, MoneyBookers, WesternUnion and even PayPal. The admin told me that PayPal is only available for the big investors, so I`m not sure if you can invest with it at the moment. 

What about security? The website is hosted on a dedicated server with Dragonara, which has a very good DDos protection. The script used is a MonetarySoft script, so you can be sure of a good script and a nice protection. I`m also a fan of the layou, which looks very professional. In general, we can`t say anything bad about the security.

Xcelsus claims to have some real outside income. Normally I don`t believe anything about it, as almost every High Yield Investment Program is a ponzi scheme. But if the admin created the program to be a "quick scam", he made the ROI much higher. At the moment I am still sceptical, but the admin told me, he will add some proofs of it in the short future. So stay tuned.

The program looks great, but I`m afraid that the ROI is too low to become a popular program in the short-future. The program has potential and if it is managed properly it can be online for years. So let`s hope we are dealing with a professional admin.
