This program isn't paying! Please don't invest!Hi all! It's already the second time I write this review, lol. Why? When I finished it the first time, I forgot to save it in my admin area and for that reason I need to do it all over again. As you know I am a big fan of long-term programs. Why? First of all they offer you a realistic return and secondly they mostly last for a longer time as these short-term programs. However, I also like short-term programs, but I only see them as a gamble game. When I find a quality short-term program you will find it here. Today I also sent some questions to some programs I added lately, so stay tuned for that. For today I want to review a new long-term program called Plents. Plents started on the 15th of February. So it's only 6 days old. Plents offers you 3 kind of plans: a daily plan, a weekly plan and a monthly plan. The ROI you get depends on the amount you invest. You can see it in the shemes below: 1) Standard Plan (daily)
2) Premium Plan (weekly)
You can invest via LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney only. This can be better of course and I hope the admin will at least add StrictPay and GlobalDigitalPay. When you invest via LibertyReserve or PerfectMoney, your transaction is final and you can't dispute it afterwards. Maybe this is the reason why they accept them only. However, there are more programs which accepts these payment processors, which were/are very succesful. The design and security are pretty good. First of all they are using a licensed GoldCoders script, which already prooved his saftety. Secondly they are hosted on a dedicated server of BlockDos, the leader in this industry. BlockDos isn't cheap and for me this prooves they didn't created the program to scam in the next weeks already. The admin forgot only one thing and that is a SSL encryption. Hopefully he adds it later. You can contact them via a support ticket, a direct e-mail adress and via a phone/fax number. I didn't yet checked the phone number, so feel free to check this yourself. You can read their investment story on the about us page, but as long as I don't see a REAL proof, I don't believe anything about it. Just see it as all High Yield Investment Programs, where some will win and some will lose. The verdict: Plents looks to be a reasonable program and I like the fact that they are hosted with BlockDos. I hope they will pay for a long time and I think it is a good program to have in your portfolio (it's important to invest in more than 1 program). Other news for today. I putted SportBetInv on a problem status as my last payout is pending over 36 hours already. In their terms they say they pay within 12 hours, so this doesn't looks good. Don't start panic yet, but I'm afraid they might be running away. GeniusFunds got into trouble in Canada, where there will be an official hearing on their activities held on February 25th. Why? The Britisch Columbia Securities Commission states that GeniusFunds operates without an appropriate license and are a ponzi-based scheme. Here you can read the update of BCSC: BCSC Executive Director’s Bulletin: Securities regulator gives notice of hearing and issues temporary order against Cyprus-based website operator.Vancouver – The executive director of the British Columbia Securities Commission has issued a temporary order against GeniusFunds (a.k.a. Genius Investments), and is alleging in a notice of hearing that the Cyprus-based company has breached various securities laws. The executive director issued the temporary order after BCSC staff was alerted that a Vernon-area individual had recently wired $25,000 to the company. The order temporarily prohibits GeniusFunds from trading in any securities in B.C. It also prohibits GeniusFunds from engaging in any investor relations activities in the province. The notice says GeniusFunds states that it offers one investment fund that makes payments of up to 1.9 per cent daily, and a second fund that makes payments of up to nine per cent weekly. In addition, the notice says GeniusFunds states that it offers the Genius High-Yield Deposit Account that earns depositors interest between 14 per cent and 25 per cent monthly. The notice alleges GeniusFunds is making misrepresentations to investors because it offers a rate of return that is impossible to earn consistently through legal means. Furthermore, GeniusFunds is not registered to participate in B.C.’s securities industry. The notice alleges that GeniusFunds has breached, and continues to breach, securities laws by carrying out unregistered activity in the province. BCSC staff has identified social media websites that are being used to promote GeniusFunds investments and a referral program. There is also GeniusFunds’ advertising in online classified ads in other provinces. Staff is conducting an ongoing investigation into the sale of these securities. Anyone who has been contacted by an agent for GeniusFunds is asked to contact the BCSC at 604-899-6854 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 604-899-6854 end_of_the_skype_highlighting or 1-800-373-6393 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1-800-373-6393 end_of_the_skype_highlighting. People should not send any money to GeniusFunds while the cease trade order is in place and the investigation is ongoing. The allegations in the notice have not been proven. Counsel for the executive director will apply to a commission panel to grant a final order against GeniusFunds at a hearing on Feb. 25, 2010 at 10 a.m. The B.C. Securities Commission is the independent provincial government agency responsible for regulating trading in securities within the province. You may view the notice of hearing on our website, www.bcsc.bc.ca. If you have questions, contact Ken Gracey, media relations. Xcelsus is growing slowly, but surely.
